With over 18 years of nursing experience at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), I bring a solid foundation in clinical practice, leadership, and education.
In my current role as a Clinical Night Supervisor, I support the mission of MSK through my clinical expertise and commitment to patient-centered care. I am passionate about mentoring staff and fostering their professional development. I aim to guide them in clinical decision-making and help ensure adherence to hospital policies and evidence-based best practices.
Originally from Costa Rica, I embraced the challenge of learning the English language and adapting to a new culture. This was an experience that shaped my dedication to empathy and inclusion in healthcare. My goal is to ensure every patient feels safe, comfortable, and cared for during their time at MSK.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and I always look forward to a good tennis match.
