Paris Conner, BSN

RN Case Manager
Paris Conner

I’m an inpatient registered nurse case manager at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In this role, I focus on safe discharge planning and care coordination for individuals with complex medical and psychosocial needs. I work to help bridge gaps in care, advocate for each person’s goals, and navigate insurance authorizations—always aiming to make the transition out of the hospital as smooth and supportive as possible.

My passion for this work is rooted in personal experience. After undergoing multiple spine surgeries as a teenager and young adult, I spent years navigating the healthcare system while living with chronic pain. That experience shaped how I approach nursing: with empathy first, always listening, and focusing on what matters most to the individual and promoting quality of life. I believe the best outcomes come from personalized care that meets people where they are.

My experience spans acute care, managed care, and community mental health. I am passionate about addressing systemic barriers to care and am currently pursuing a master’s degree in healthcare administration at Northwestern University to expand my impact on health equity, quality of care and fostering organizational development.
