Surgery is the primary treatment for skin cancer. Patients' perception of the scar following surgery for facial skin cancer may significantly influence their satisfaction with their care. The purpose of this study is to assess patients' satisfaction with the appearance of their face and scar after skin cancer surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), as well as their quality of life after the surgery.

Bone scans, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are imaging tests used to assess the spread of cancer in the body and to determine whether anticancer treatments are working. Even with these tests, however, it is sometimes difficult to find exactly where the cancer is located and to determine whether it is growing or shrinking in response to treatment. This difficulty is particularly apparent in patients with advanced prostate cancer that has spread to the bones, as standard CT, MRI, as bone scans are not accurate in assessing cancer in the bones.

The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational drug CA-4948 that can be given safely and to evaluate its preliminary anticancer effectiveness in patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or continued to grow despite prior therapy. CA-4948 works by blocking a protein in normal and cancerous B cells (a type of immune cell) called IRAK4, which may promote the growth and survival of B cells in lymphoma. CA-4948 is designed to fight cancer by blocking IRAK4, thereby stopping or reducing the signals that promote lymphoma B-cell survival.

The overall goal of this study is to see if adding inotuzumab ozogamicin to standard chemotherapy maintains or improves treatment effectiveness in young patients with high-risk B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). Inotuzumab ozogamicin contains an antibody (inotuzumab) linked to a type of chemotherapy (calicheamicin). Inotuzumab attaches to cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers calicheamicin to kill them.

Cancer and its treatment may affect sexual and reproductive health. The purpose of this study is to evaluate sexual and reproductive health over several years among women age 50 and younger newly diagnosed with breast cancer or lymphoma.

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of giving the investigational immunotherapy drug INCMGA00012 in combination with gemcitabine and docetaxel in patients with inoperable or metastatic soft tissue sarcoma. Gemcitabine and docetaxel are standard treatments for this disease; researchers believe that adding INCMGA00012 may make treatment more effective.

There are unknown factors in our environment and in people's genes that raise the risk of getting pancreatic cancer. To learn about these things, researchers at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center created a Pancreatic Tumor Registry. This registry includes people with pancreatic cancer, and also people who have a strong family history of this disease.

Treatment for cancer can cause unwanted side effects affecting the skin that may be associated with itching or pain. These side effects may have a direct link to the immune system's response to cancer.

Cushing's syndrome occurs when the adrenal glands produce too much of the "stress hormone" known as cortisol. This can be caused by a tumor which develops in the pituitary gland and secretes a hormone called adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH). Cushing's syndrome can also be caused by an ACTH-secreting tumor elsewhere in the body, or by a tumor in the adrenal glands that makes cortisol.

When some cancers become advanced, particularly colorectal cancer, they may spread to the liver. Destroying the tissue with electromagnetic waves that produce extremely high temperatures, a procedure called "thermal ablation," is one way to treat these liver metastases.
