Studies have shown that patients with newly diagnosed localized non-germinomatous germ cell tumors (NGGCT) of the brain or spinal cord whose disease responds well to chemotherapy before receiving radiation therapy are more likely to be free of the disease for a longer time than patients in whom chemotherapy is less effective.
The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational treatment UCART22 that can be given safely in children and young adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that has come back or continued to grow despite treatment. UCART22 is a form of CAR T-cell therapy. It is made from white blood cells (T cells) from healthy donors. The T cells are genetically modified in a laboratory to identify and destroy cancer cells containing a protein called CD22.
Researchers are doing this study to find out whether giving the investigational drug REGN5668 with cemiplimab immunotherapy or with REGN4018 is a safe treatment for people with ovarian, peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer. They will also try to find the highest dose of REGN5668 that can be given safely with cemiplimab or with REGN4018.
The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational drug codrituzumab that can be given safely in children and young adults with solid tumors that came back or continued to grow despite treatment. Codrituzumab works by targeting a protein called GPC3, which can drive the growth of some forms of cancer that affect children and young adults. It is given intravenously (by vein).
The transplantation of stem cells from umbilical cord blood is a treatment for some blood cancers and non-cancerous blood or metabolic disorders. Patients routinely receive high doses of chemotherapy and sometimes radiation before receiving the stem cells to help make room in the bone marrow for new blood stem cells to grow, prevent the body from rejecting the transplanted cells, and help kill any abnormal blood cells in the body. However, the combination of these treatments can have serious side effects.
The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational drug RP-6306 that can be used in advanced solid tumors containing certain genetic changes and which have come back or continued to grow despite prior treatment.
When vulvar cancer is removed, surgeons examine the first lymph nodes to which cancer might spread ("sentinel lymph nodes") to see if they contain cancer cells. If the sentinel lymph nodes contain cancer, the usual treatment is more surgery to remove all of the lymph nodes in the groin, followed by several weeks of radiation therapy to reduce the chance that the cancer will come back. However, removing all of the lymph nodes increases the risk of lymphedema, which causes uncomfortable swelling in the legs, as well as an elevated risk of infection.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of the investigational drug repotrectinib in children and young adults with solid tumors that have continued to grow or spread despite treatment. Repotrectinib works by targeting and blocking certain proteins that play a role in cancer growth. Some of these proteins are controlled by the ALK, ROS1, NTRK1, NTRK2, and NTRK3 genes. Researchers also think that combining repotrectinib with the chemotherapy drugs irinotecan and temozolomide may make the treatment more effective.
