At any time Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is conducting hundreds of clinical trials to improve care for many types of cancer. Use the tool below to browse our clinical trials that are currently enrolling new patients. Each listing explains the purpose of the trial, the trial’s eligibility criteria, and how to get more information.
The list below includes clinical trials for adult cancers. Please visit our pediatric cancer care section to find a pediatric clinical trial.

Ibrutinib and rituximab are the standard treatment for Waldenström's macroglobulinemia (WM) and lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma (LL). In this study, researchers want to see if giving the medication venetoclax with the standard treatment is safe and more effective than the standard treatment alone in people with previously untreated WM/LL.

Radiation therapy is one of the usual approaches to treating triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Researchers think that adding the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab, with or without olaparib, to radiation therapy may be a better treatment for TNBC than radiation therapy alone.

The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational drug NVL-520 that can be given safely in people with metastatic solid tumors that contain a change (fusion) involving the ROS1 gene. A fusion gene is made when parts of two different genes join together. NVL-520 blocks the ROS1 protein, which promotes cancer cell growth and survival. It is taken orally (by mouth

The purpose of this study is to find the highest doses of ruxolitinib and duvelisib when given together in patients with T-cell or NK-cell lymphoma that has come back or continued to grow despite prior treatment. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved ruxolitinib as a treatment for myelofibrosis and polycythemia vera (other blood disorders). The FDA has approved duvelisib to treat follicular lymphoma, small lymphocytic lymphoma, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The use of these two drugs together in this study is considered investigational.

This study is assessing the safety and effectiveness of ASTX727 in people who have malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors (MPNST) with a mutation in a gene complex called PRC2 (EED or SUZ12). ASTX727 is a combination of two drugs (cedazuridine and decitabine) that have been designed to target cancer cells with a PRC2 complex genetic mutation and disrupt the cells' ability to survive and grow.

Cells that are "mismatch repair-deficient" (MMR-D) or "microsatellite instability-high" (MSI-H) are unable to repair mistakes made during cell growth. Women with MMR-D/MSI-H endometrial cancer tend not to respond well to the chemotherapy they receive after surgery. Researchers are exploring the use of the immunotherapy TSR-042 (also called dostarlimab) as an alternative to chemotherapy. Radiation therapy is also used after surgery for endometrial cancer.

Researchers in this study want to compare sentinel lymph node biopsy surgery with standard neck dissection as part of the treatment for people with early-stage oral cavity (mouth) cancer. Sentinel lymph node biopsy is a procedure that removes a smaller number of lymph nodes from the neck because it uses an imaging agent to see which lymph nodes are most likely to have cancer. Standard elective neck dissection removes many of the lymph nodes in the neck but may reduce shoulder mobility and strength.

The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational immunotherapy 2141-V11 that can be given safely in people with bladder cancer that has not invaded the bladder muscle wall, has come back after BCG therapy, and will not be surgically removed. The drug 2141-V11 attaches to a protein on immune cells and activates the immune system to find and kill bladder cancer cells. It is given directly into the bladder through a catheter (flexible tube).

The purpose of this study is to establish a registry of patients with a rare disease called pediatric-onset opsoclonus myoclonus ataxia syndrome (POOMAS). POOMAS affects the brain, spinal cord, and other nerves. Its exact cause is unknown, though a small number of patients with neuroblastoma may have this condition.

The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational drug BCA101 that can be given safely alone and in combination with the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab in patients with advanced lung cancer that cannot be cured with standard treatments. BCA101 is an antibody that targets two proteins involved in cancer growth called EGFR and TGF-beta. By blocking these proteins, BCA101 may interfere with the signals that spur cancer growth.
