Jae Lee Ross, PsyD
We post reviews for MSK healthcare providers who have at least 30 patient experience surveys completed. If you do not see reviews for a provider, it may be because they do not yet have enough survey responses, or the provider may not be part of the group of healthcare providers included in the survey.
Only outpatient providers are included in the survey. Healthcare providers who only work in the hospital or in urgent care are not included in the survey. Pathologists or researchers who do not provide direct care to patients do not have reviews.

I am here to walk this cancer journey with you. My intention in therapy is to get to know all about you and your experiences, so I can better understand how I can be of service to you. In our appointments, YOU are the expert about you. Think of me as a curious companion on your journey who has additional knowledge and expertise to help shine a light on the path along the way. My hope is that you will walk away from therapy feeling more hopeful and empowered, even in the face of a challenging and sometimes distressing medical diagnosis.
Prior to joining Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, I served as the senior staff psychologist for the Department of Internal Medicine and the Department of Supportive and Palliative Care at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Texas.
