Why has MSK moved to MSK MyChart?

We have made this change to provide a better experience for our patients. MyChart is the patient portal used by top hospitals across the United States. MSK MyChart makes it easier to access your health information, manage your appointments, and communicate with your care team.

What’s happening to MyMSK?

MyMSK will is still available in a read-only version as of February 1, 2025. To log in, go to my.mskcc.org in a web browser on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. The MyMSK mobile app will no longer be available.

What does it mean that MyMSK is read-only?

Read-only means that as of February 1, 2025, you can still view medical information and messages from January 31, 2025, or earlier. The read-only version of MyMSK will not show any new or updated information, and you won’t be able to send messages or make any changes. You will also need to use the read-only version of MyMSK to pay bills from January 31, 2025, and earlier.

MyMSK Read-Only will be available from January 31, 2025, to January 31, 2026. To log in, go to my.mskcc.org.

What will happen to my old information that’s stored in MyMSK?

All the most important information about you and your care will be securely stored and transferred in MSK’s system. You don’t have to worry: We will still know exactly who you are, and what your diagnosis and treatment plan are. This transition won’t affect your care at MSK in any way.

What will happen to the MyMSK mobile app?

The MSK MyChart app has replaced the MyMSK app in the App Store and Google Play Store.

MSK MyChart makes managing your health easier than ever before. MSK MyChart has all the same features you know from MyMSK, and more. Here are some highlights:

Stay connected to your care

MSK MyChart is the best way to stay connected to your care at MSK. You can use MSK MyChart in a browser on your computer or use the MSK MyChart app on your smartphone or tablet.

With MSK MyChart, you will be able to:

  • See your medical information
  • Message your care team
  • Manage your appointments
  • View your test results
  • Ask for prescription refills
  • Pay bills
  • Join a video visit with your provider
  • Fill out health questionnaires
  • Read patient education information

Your health information in the language you prefer

At MSK, we want to make sure you understand your medical information clearly. MSK MyChart lets you choose between English, Spanish, Russian, and Simplified Chinese, so you can feel confident that you’re in control of your health.

Once you change your preferred language, you will see many features, such as prescription refills and bill payments, in the language you chose. Some things — such as your MSK provider notes, lab and test results, and messages you send to your care team — will still be available only in English.

All your health information in one place

If your other healthcare providers also use MyChart, you can connect your accounts to see all your health information in one place. This means you can easily access your medical records, test results, and appointment details from different providers, all within MSK MyChart. By having everything you need in one place, you can easily stay organized.
