Ingredients
½ cup light mayonnaise
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 teaspoon fresh parsley
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon fresh dill or ¼ teaspoon dried dill (optional)
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Thoroughly rinse fresh produce under warm running water for 20 seconds.
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Add more almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, for a thinner consistency.
- Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container. Dressing can be stored up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
