          Ingredients
⅔ cup all-purpose flour
          1½ cups sugar
          1 teaspoon baking soda
          ½ teaspoon baking powder
          1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
          ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
          ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
          ¾ teaspoon salt
          2 large eggs, beaten
          1 cup pumpkin puree
          ½ cup canola oil
          ½ cup water
          ½ cup chopped walnuts
              Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
In a separate bowl, add eggs, pumpkin, oil, and water, and mix until well combined.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Fold in walnuts. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 65 to 70 minutes. Cool bread in pan for 10 minutes before serving.
