I am an assistant attending physicist in the Radiotherapy Physics Service of the Department of Medical Physics. I received my PhD in Biomedical Physics from the University of California at Los Angeles and completed a clinical physics residency at the University of Virginia in the Radiation Oncology Department.
My clinical and research interests are focused on the use of quantitative MRI biomarkers to improve cancer treatment. I am interested in developing noninvasive MRI techniques that can determine tumor genetics and inform other important tissue characteristics. I aim to incorporate these techniques into MR-guided radiotherapy workflows to improve our ability to plan and adapt treatments.
