I am a board-certified histologist who prepares tissue samples for examination under a microscope by a pathologist. I collaborate with pathologists and my laboratory colleagues to ensure the integrity of specimen samples during tissue handling and processing.

Beyond my clinical contributions, I educate histology students and trainees on surgical pathology laboratory techniques. I am a member of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center’s Global Cancer Disparities Initiatives and enjoy sharing my knowledge, training, and capacity-building with local health professionals in low- and middle-income countries.
