Current Research Interest

Dr Wang’s research areas focus on omics data analysis with special interests in single-cell multi-omics data and driver gene identification through mutual exclusivity. He is also interested in the analysis of spatial transcriptomics data, especially integrated with single-cell data (e.g., scRNA-seq). Dr Wang is now working on projects from InterMEL and Break Through Cancer-GBM. He also collaborates with investigators within MSK for the analysis of single-cell data.
