More about 4C-seq

A targeted chromosome conformation capture method that allows for high-resolution analysis of chromatin interactions from a single genomic viewpoint. Unlike Hi-C, which provides a global interaction map, 4C-seq identifies all potential interaction partners of a chosen genomic locus, making it ideal for studying enhancer-promoter interactions and long-range regulatory elements.
