Founded in 2015, the Patient and Family Advisory Council for Quality (PFACQ) at MSK is a partnership of current and former patients, family members, caregivers, and clinical and administrative staff. In order for every patient, family member, and caregiver to experience state-of-the-art cancer care that is safe, responsive, compassionate, efficient, collaborative, transparent, and respectful, we seek to integrate the patient, family, and caregiver perspective into every aspect of MSK’s efforts to prevent, diagnose, treat, and cure cancer. We are sponsored by the Division of Quality and Safety.
