The purpose of this study is to compare two different approaches to surgery for children and adults with osteosarcoma (bone cancer) that has spread (metastasized) to the lungs. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two techniques:

Researchers want to find the best doses of ziftomenib to use with other drugs to treat leukemia. The people in this study have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that keeps growing even with treatment. In addition, they have AML with changes in the NPM1, KMT2A, or FLT3 genes.

Researchers in this study are assessing a combination of imaging and blood tests to find pancreatic cancer early. The people in this study have an increased risk of this cancer due to pancreatic cysts. They are planning to have surgery to remove the cysts and check them for cancer. It is hoped that the imaging and blood tests can detect pancreatic cancer early so people can avoid surgery.

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of combining a "bivalent" vaccine with two agents that stimulate the immune system: a sugar called beta-glucan and a medication called GM-CSF. The treatment is designed to prevent the relapse of patients with high-risk neuroblastoma that is in complete remission. This bivalent vaccine works by stimulating an immune response against two different antigens, which are markers on the surface of a cell.

The purpose of this study is to see how well sotorasib works in people with advanced lung cancer. The people in this study have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with a mutation (change) in the KRAS G12C gene. This mutation can cause cancer cells to grow. In addition, the people in this study have not received treatment for their cancer since it became advanced.

The combination of radiation therapy and chemotherapy (chemoradiation) is a standard treatment for people with HPV-positive throat cancer. HPV is human papillomavirus and can cause throat cancer. Radiation therapy uses radiation to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Chemotherapy stops the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or stopping them from dividing. However, this standard combination may cause severe side effects because it is given over 7 weeks. These side effects include sores in the mouth and gut, sore throat, and changes in taste.

Severe aplastic anemia is a serious condition where the bone marrow does not make the normal amount of blood cells. Bone marrow transplantation is one way to treat this disease. It has been reserved for people under age 40 with a related donor whose cells fully match theirs. However, advances have been made in bone marrow transplantation that make it an option for more people.

After people receive chemotherapy for colon cancer, doctors may be able to detect tumor DNA in the blood ("circulating tumor DNA" or ctDNA). If there is ctDNA in the blood, a patient's cancer may be more likely to come back. It is standard for people with ctDNA in their blood to be monitored ("active surveillance"), but investigators would like to know if immediate treatment of these patients can prevent cancer recurrence.

Researchers want to see how well ulixertinib works in people with histiocytic neoplasms. Histiocytic neoplasms are rare diseases in which too many white blood cells called histiocytes build up in tissues and organs. This can cause damage to tissue or tumor(s) to form. Researchers are assessing GC012F (AZD0120) in people with multiple myeloma that came back or keeps growing after treatment. In the first part of this study, researchers will find the best dose of GC012F to use in patients. In the second part of the study, they will assess this dose to treat advanced multiple myeloma.
