Working with members of the Neurocognitive Research Laboratory, I study the cognitive and neurophysiologic aspects of cancer and its treatment with a focus on ameliorating cognitive problems. I am the principal investigator on a study of rehabilitation of cancer-related cognitive problems. I also study whether ethnic-minority women with breast cancer experience cognitive problems after chemotherapy as well as any electrophysiologic (EEG) changes that may occur.

I am a member of many scientific societies including the International Neuropsychological Society, the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology, the National Academy of Neuropsychology, and the American Psychological Association, all organizations of specialists in my field. Additionally, I am a member of the junior investigators in cancer survivorship group at Memorial Sloan Kettering.

My Role at MSK
