Get to Know Me

I’m a plastic and reconstructive surgeon with special training in complex reconstruction after surgery to remove cancer.

I focus on breast cancer, head and neck cancer, cancers of the extremities, and chest and abdominal wall reconstruction. I have special training in microsurgery—a technique that restores form and function by transplanting tissue from one part of the body to another and reconnecting small blood vessels using a microscope.

I perform a wide range of reconstructive techniques, including perforator flap procedures such as the Deep Inferior Epigastric Perforator (DIEP) flap for breast reconstruction. This is a technique that uses a person’s own tissue to create a natural breast shape.

My goal is to help people not only recover from cancer surgery but also regain confidence, comfort, and quality of life.

I see patients at Memorial Hospital in New York City and Memorial Sloan Kettering Monmouth in New Jersey. I perform surgery at the Josie Robertson Surgery Center.
