Get to Know Me

I am a medical oncologist and clinical researcher with a primary focus on caring for people with gynecologic cancers. These include ovarian, uterine (endometrial), and cervical cancers.

As part of a specialized multidisciplinary team of surgeons, radiation oncologist, pathologists, physician assistants, and nurses, I care for my patients with an evidence-based approach that is tailored to their unique needs and goals. I provide compassionate and clear communication about standard therapies as well as new treatment options through clinical trials. My practice offers people with gynecologic cancers state-of-the-art treatment plans while ensuring support for overall emotional and physical well-being.

My research focuses on investigating new immunotherapies for gynecologic cancers. I am also working to identify the links between cancer and metabolic health. In addition, I have a focus on the development of clinical trials that use lifestyle factors in conjunction with anti-cancer therapies.

A cancer diagnosis is frightening and challenging, but I am here to provide a kind and thoughtful approach to empower and advocate for my patients.

I'm a gynecologic medical oncologist, which is a cancer doctor who specializes in gynecologic (GY-neh-kuh-LAH-jik) cancers. This includes cervical, fallopian tube, ovarian, uterine (endometrial), vaginal, and vulvar cancers.
