Get to Know Me

I am a medical oncologist whose practice is dedicated to caring for people with breast cancer. I am also actively involved in research to help improve outcomes for people with this disease. I see patients at MSK Bergen, in New Jersey.

MSK Bergen is comprised of a diverse team of expert doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and support staff. We all work together to offer our patients the full spectrum of services they need, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, imaging, and support services — all in one convenient location.  

We are also involved in a growing number of clinical trials. This means residents of northern New Jersey do not need to travel far from home to receive the most cutting-edge treatments. Our experienced research team can help patients find and enroll in trials that are the best fit for their unique situation.

I am leading a phase I/II clinical trial in metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer and have published several articles on peer-reviewed journals and textbook chapters.

People with a new diagnosis of breast cancer often feel overwhelmed with decisions and are anxious about what will happen next. I help my patients navigate the information and decisions in a compassionate way as they learn how to cope with their disease. We spend as much time as necessary to discuss all their questions and treatment options, including standard therapies and clinical trials. Based on their individual situation, we will work together to make sure they receive the best care.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and two young children. I also enjoy running and swimming.
