½ tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
4 salmon filets (6 ounces each), skin removed
Grapeseed or coconut oil cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In small bowl, combine seasoning and brown sugar. Rub mixture into each salmon filet.
- Lightly coat sheet pan with cooking spray. Place fish on prepared pan and bake until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees using a meat thermometer, about 12 to 15 minutes. Let fish rest 2 minutes before serving.
