The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational drug codrituzumab that can be given safely in children and young adults with solid tumors that came back or continued to grow despite treatment. Codrituzumab works by targeting a protein called GPC3, which can drive the growth of some forms of cancer that affect children and young adults. It is given intravenously (by vein).

The transplantation of stem cells from umbilical cord blood is a treatment for some blood cancers and non-cancerous blood or metabolic disorders. Patients routinely receive high doses of chemotherapy and sometimes radiation before receiving the stem cells to help make room in the bone marrow for new blood stem cells to grow, prevent the body from rejecting the transplanted cells, and help kill any abnormal blood cells in the body. However, the combination of these treatments can have serious side effects.

The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational drug RP-6306 that can be used in advanced solid tumors containing certain genetic changes and which have come back or continued to grow despite prior treatment.

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of the investigational drug repotrectinib in children and young adults with solid tumors that have continued to grow or spread despite treatment. Repotrectinib works by targeting and blocking certain proteins that play a role in cancer growth. Some of these proteins are controlled by the ALK, ROS1, NTRK1, NTRK2, and NTRK3 genes. Researchers also think that combining repotrectinib with the chemotherapy drugs irinotecan and temozolomide may make the treatment more effective.

The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational drug NVL-520 that can be given safely in people with metastatic solid tumors that contain a change (fusion) involving the ROS1 gene. This study is assessing the safety and effectiveness of ASTX727 in people who have malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors (MPNST) with a mutation in a gene complex called PRC2 (EED or SUZ12). ASTX727 is a combination of two drugs (cedazuridine and decitabine) that have been designed to target cancer cells with a PRC2 complex genetic mutation and disrupt the cells' ability to survive and grow.

The purpose of this study is to establish a registry of patients with a rare disease called pediatric-onset opsoclonus myoclonus ataxia syndrome (POOMAS). POOMAS affects the brain, spinal cord, and other nerves. Its exact cause is unknown, though a small number of patients with neuroblastoma may have this condition.

The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the drug alectinib that can be given safely in children and adolescents with solid tumors or brain and spinal cord cancers that persist after treatment and have a genetic change called an ALK gene fusion. With this gene fusion, the ALK gene attaches to part of another gene.

Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) is a type of cancer that occurs in the soft tissues in the body. Researchers in this study are comparing different chemotherapy-based treatments for children and young adults with very low-risk RMS, low-risk RMS, and RMS with DNA mutations, with treatment tailored to the predicted aggressiveness of each patient's cancer. The standard chemotherapy drugs participants will receive include vincristine, dactinomycin, and cyclophosphamide.

The purpose of this study is to compare two different approaches to surgery for children and adults with osteosarcoma (bone cancer) that has spread (metastasized) to the lungs. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two techniques:
