We’re looking forward to welcoming you all to NYC in December 2025!

Below you will find logistic information for your trip – hotel rooms, travel, conference venues, registration. Please note that you are responsible for booking your own travel and lodging. All Meeting locations are on the Upper East Side (UES) of Manhattan.

Meeting Venues

An MSK staff member will be at the building entrance desk to greet and direct you to the conference registration area.

The poster session and dinner on the evening of 12/4 will take place at the David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care at MSK (530 E 74th Street). The group will walk over together.

Air Travel and Ground Transportation

There are three major airports that service the NYC area: JFK, LGA, and EWR. All are accessible by public transit and car (rental/taxi/rideshare). Please note that the estimated travel times are dependent on time of day, traffic, and any transit construction.

We recommended you utilize Google or Apple Maps for directions to/around NYC. Their transit integration is fairly accurate if you’d like to take the bus or subway (recommended). Please note there is some free street parking near the venues, and ample paid garage parking if you prefer to drive.
