Bananas and peaches blended together make for a creamy treat.

The bananas and rice milk used in this recipe are staple ingredients of the bland diet. If you don’t want to use rice milk, substitute another nondairy product, such as almond or soy milk.

3 drops vanilla extract
4 ice cubes
